Description<\/h3>\n<h4 id=\"key-responsibilities\">Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests<\/li>\n<li>Schedule activities for guests<\/li>\n<li>Plan and coordinate all promotional activities targeting clients<\/li>\n<li>Trace relevant statistics about clientele<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and supervise all activities for guests<\/li>\n<li>Assist with check-ins \/ check-outs of clients<\/li>\n<li>Greet Guests upon arrival<\/li>\n<li>Assist guests with airline bookings and reconfirmation\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests<\/li>\n<li>Assist staff with language and culture<\/li>\n<li>Attend recreation activities when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Plan and conduct group and function rundown meetings<\/li>\n<li>Assist in any other duties when required by the Front Office Manager<\/li>\n<li>Assist with translations (information: guest directory; menus etc.) as required<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback from Guests to Front Office Manager for action<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 id=\"occupational-health-and-safety-responsibilities\">Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate Awareness of policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within the guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly<\/li>\n<li>Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers<\/li>\n<li>Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to anticipate their needs<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate guest needs, handle guest requires, and solve problems<\/li>\n<li>Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to hotel brand standards<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests<\/li>\n<li>Assist guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their request<\/li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Teamwork<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate cooperation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across
