1. I hereby agree that the lectures provided by the INSPIRE ACADEMY will be in recorded form and Material in Text Web Page Based.
2. I understand Courses Offered by Inspire Academy are Skill based Training which will improve individual’s knowledge for job application and in general.
3. I hereby agree that l will not share the course contents with anyone, if found doing so INSPIRE ACADEMY reserves the right to take whatever legal action, they deemed necessary depending upon the circumstances and investigation results.
4. I hereby understand that the fees paid by me to INSPIRE ACADEMY is non refundable and non-transferable. In case of non-completion of the course for any reason beyond the control of Inspire Academy, I shall not demand refund of the fees already paid by me to the institute.
5. If I leave the course at any point of time prior completion for any reason beyond INSPIRE ACADEMYs control, I shall also pay the balance of my course fees to INSPIRE ACADEMY. INSPIRE ACADEMY reserves the right to take whatever legal action they deem necessary is suitable for the recovery of fees.
6. I understand that swimming is compulsory component of Air Hostess . The concerned student will have to undertake Swimming Lessons and Coaching on his/her own and obtain Certificate claiming successful completion. Such Certificate shall be signed by appropriate Certifying Authority
7. I shall not cheat during Module tests. If caught cheating INSPIRE ACADEMY reserves the right to take whatever action deemed necessary depending upon the circumstances and investigation results. I shall abide by the decision of Inspire Academy and will not contest that decision.
8. I hereby assure that will not indulge in Anti-Social activities or any activity which rise to criminal offence as it’s not acceptable in the Aviation, Hospitality & Travel Industry.
9. I understand that strict disciplinary measures will be taken for violation of INSPIRE ACADEMY undertaking IN FORCE and any changes/modifications/amendments made to the undertaking clauses during the course of my training
10. INSPIRE ACADEMY will do all possible to assist successful & Eligible candidates for Indian Nationals in India (as per mentioned in Course Description) in job placement. INSPIRE ACADEMY does not GUARANTEEE jobs but only assures job assistance. This service is voluntary and without any prejudice. It cannot be demanded as right by student against payment of fees. It should be clearly understood that it may take time up to 6 months after completion of training to find a suitable placement assistance in aviation, hospitality or travel & tourism industry.
11. INSPIRE ACADEMY shall continue to assist the successful candidates in job placement even after a period of 6 months of completion of course. However, if a candidate fails to go for interview as directed or does not join the company after selection or fails to turn up on job as directed, then the candidate forfeits the right to job assistance.
12. INSPIRE ACADEMY reserves the right to use students photograph and details in is marketing campaign using any paid/unpaid mass media communication mediums such as newspapers, magazines, internet, website etc.
13. Personal & family health details mentioned by me are true & to the best of my knowledge and if there are any deformity or details, I shall disclose at the time of the admission.
14. Validity of the Course is as per Days mentioned to Respective Course Days from the Batch Start Date.
15. If a student's fails to attend classes during the validity period, he/she will have to pay the entire fees and have to take a fresh admission.
